The survivor is a single mother that is currently caring for 8 children on her own and works as much as possible. She has been struggling with some health issues and she has not been able to work as much. As a result she has not been able to pay the light bill and is behind. This support would assist the client to get caught up on her light bill, and enter a payment plan with Dominion.
