Help with Groceries. Joseph is an enrolled participant in OCWB'sWorkforce Program. He is working part-time due to social distancing and preparing to take the exam to become a certified personal trainer. Joseph is finding it a challenge to stay on top of bills. He is requesting help with groceries to help him get through February.
