James relies solely on social security for income and is unable to work. He does not have adequate shoes that fit him and your assistance will allow him to get two pairs of sneakers that will allow him to get around with a higher level of comfort.

While being here, he's struggled with significant paid in his legs and hips which makes it hard for him to remain comfortable and get adequate sleep. Ally is a young, soon-to-be mother who was recently housed by St. Joseph’s Villa after experiencing a period of homelessness. In an effort to make her new home more comfortable for her and her baby, the Villa has been able to provide some baby and move-in supplies, but Ally is still in need of some essentials. She would be grateful for assistance with a microwave and other kitchenware (plates, pots and pans, cooking utensils, etc.) to provide care for her baby. Fortunately, Kelly safely got herself and her children out of the situation. Kelly is working towards rebuilding but is behind on her car insurance bill. This assistance would relieve Kelly as she is working towards obtaining employment and getting back on her feet.

Latoya, a resilient single mother of two, has undertaken the noble responsibility of caring for her minor niece and nephew, ensuring their well-being above all else. In her selfless dedication to her four children, she has made personal sacrifices, including sleeping on an air mattress so that her little ones can have proper mattresses. The love and care she pours into her family are truly heartwarming, and any support offered would go a long way in helping Latoya provide a more comfortable and secure environment for her children.

Lizzie is a domestic violence survivor, however, she is still experiencing stalking. The abuser has slashed her tires multiple times. She has pursued a protective order and other safety planning. However, this client is left without transportation; With your assistance, she can replace her tires and get back to providing for her family.

Single mother and domestic violence survivor, Jasmine has been living out of a hotel for the last year or more. She has not been able to find or afford housing while caring for herself and her children. She is asking for assistance with an electric skillet so that she can properly cook for her family while in hotels. This assistance will offer her an opportunity to cook and care for her family.

Luna is a marine veteran currently experiencing homelessness. She is currently going through a works program to assist her with gaining stable employment so that she can return to the workforce and eventually gain stable housing. Luna is a hard worker and determined to take back control of her life, but she could use the help of her community to pay her phone bill so that she can manage mental health appointments, employment leads, and maintain a life as close as possible to what she had before she found herself experiencing homelessness.

A survivor of intimate partner violence just gave birth via c-section. Her abuser is incarcerated for assaulting her and one of her older children. While the survivor recovers from her surgery, she needs help covering her mortgage this month.

She is in the process of moving into a new apartment by herself and has not been able to work during the latter half of her pregnancy. Tabitha is determined to gain stability for her kids and could use the support of her community with this bill.

Single mother and domestic violence survivor, Tara is looking for assistance to get her autistic son services at a disability-inclusive gym. The organization provides fitness classes for individuals with disabilities. These classes would offer the clients son an opportunity to connect with his peers, have fun in an understanding environment, and serve as an athletic outlet. Assistance of $239 would allow her child to attend a 10 week session program.

Any assistance extended to her would immensely aid in maintaining timely payments and ensuring stability for her children during this challenging time.

Gary has come to shelter after living in his car for a period of time, where he reports that most of his stuff was stolen out of the truck bed. He has a history of working in construction and was recently able to obtain a foreman job in the area. Gary is without any work clothes following his clothing being stolen, and is in need of several pairs of pants, shirts and a pair of steel toed boots to support his new position.

Eric currently has no income and cannot afford to purchase a smart phone, which is needed for the field of work he has previously done. Once Eric finds stable employment, he will be able to afford his monthly phone bill.
