Mr. Myers is a 27-year-old who is experiencing homelessness. He lost his full-time job due to workforce reduction, and therefore he has been going to temp agency to look for work to support his newborn. A majority of the temp projects have been working either as a flagger or construction projects. He is in need of black steel toe boots so that he can be safe while on these particular job sites.
