Due to the lack of quality affordable summer programming, she was left with no choice but to prioritize her children's care over supplemental employment. As a result of this loss of income, Ms. Bright was unable to make her monthly utility payment and is now experiencing financial hardship. Assistance during this challenging time would help stabilize her household as she continues to provide a safe and supportive environment for her daughters.
