Mr. Louis is a 59-year-old who unfortunately is experiencing homelessness. He had a stable life in Houston, TX before agreeing to move back to Richmond to take care of his mother-in-law. He maintained for over 3 years living and taking care of her until unfortunately his mother-in-law passed in 2026 and the family decided to sell the house which was his home. Hence, he is a current resident of Caritas and has been attempting to establish stability again. He is currently working at DHL and is attempting to save up for his new place. Therefore, he is requesting the community's assistance with his apartment application in hopes of approval and a better future out of the shelter.
