Shannon is a survivor of human trafficking who is actively working toward rebuilding her life and gaining independence. One of her first steps is obtaining a replacement ID and Social Security card to access employment and other opportunities. However, outstanding fines from another state have created a barrier to obtaining her identification. Shannon is currently participating in programming focused on helping her achieve long-term stability and self-sufficiency. Financial support for these outstanding fines would help remove this barrier and allow Shannon to obtain the identification she needs, support her journey toward independence, and a more stable future.
