After losing a job in June because of downsizing, this single parent who needs to remain anonymous is experiencing financial strain. Now, with a temporary contract job, there is movement towards stability, but the deficit is already established and a number of bills are late. Unable to hold out on the electricity past due notice any longer, this parent needs emergency support. Keeping the lights turned on and providing heat as the colder months approach will help the family reach security during this transition period.
