However, Valerie needs help with a few nights of hotel stay during this season of social distancing to remain focused and healthy. She is not able to acquire a bed in a shelter at this time. Help with Utility Bill. Lynette is a single mom of a ten-year-old on a fixed income. She began class on 2/3/20. Her goal is to complete her phlebotomy certification to start building towards nursing. She is trying to stay focused and committed, but every time one door closes another setback occurs. Lynette asking for support with her electric bill; she has a disconnect notice for March 2, 2020. Lynnette has reached out and made a payment arrangement where she can pay $210 by March 2, 2020, and the balance will be extended out for six months.

While she has been actively seeking full-time employment, the process has been going slow and unfortunately, Sandra has fallen behind in her payments. Sandra just received a new offer of a part-time job this week, which would allow her to catch up on a few bills. The Utilities are essentials: heat, water, and gas. The balance for December and January is $689.22, but $239.00 will allow for a monthly payment plan. Sandra will be able to pay the remainder of the balance.
