Janie received summer clothing

Partner: St. Joseph's Villa

Advisor: Drew Melson

Janie is a 15-year-old with autism whose family was recently evicted after being unable to catch up on rent. She currently shares one bedroom at a local hotel with her parents and sibling, where she receives Intensive In-Home Services from a St. Joseph’s Villa clinician. Janie is working on her relationship issues, building communication within her family, and reducing ideations of self-harm. The family has limited funds to support extra activities for Janie, and she is in need of new summer clothing. A bathing suit would also allow her to enjoy the hotel pool. Janie’s parents would greatly appreciate the assistance as they work to regain stability for their children.
