Yolanda and her 5 year old son have just moved into a new place after experiencing some difficulties with her housing voucher. They are grateful to be finally settled but were confronted with an old utility account that she was unaware of that is prohibiting her from connecting the water in her new place. With all of the moving expenses she has recently incurred this bill is presenting a hardship for her and her son. Assistance with the bill will make the difference in her being able to finally take a breather from this very stressful season.

Her debilitating chronic health conditions prevent her from working and caring for herself, yet she does all she can to provide care for one of her adult daughters who has a developmental disability and is unable to live independently. Adriana’s other adult daughter was recently released from incarceration and has not yet obtained employment. Adriana would be grateful for assistance with a rental deposit, to help her obtain more suitable housing accommodations for her family.

He has been in the shelter for the past few months due to his rent increasing $400 a month, and him not having enough work to sustain his rent. David works with Staff Zone, but has limited opportunities to pick up shifts due to a lack of transportation. Supporting David with a bike and a bike lock would allow him to be able to pick up more shifts, which would support him in finding stability in housing.

This assistance will help her until she can get back to work.
